Transforming yourself from the inside out
As we bring ourselves back into balance and connect more fully with our heart and positive emotions we find we start to change and shift. Stress and anxiety levels reduce, positive feelings increase and we make better decisions that are aligned to our authentic self and our Soul’s purpose. When we learn how to access our core force and activate it through our heart and being, we can bring about profound changes in ourselves.
Heart Connections is a 6 week program to inform, enable and empower you. It connects with the Divine Love force within us and shares practical meditations and techniques for clearing, balancing and aligning ourselves. Right now humanity is moving through a turbulent yet transformative time, this connection to our Core and to Divine Love is restoring us to who we really are and shedding that which we are not.

This series will take you step by step through a practical process that you can take with you and do anytime and anywhere.
We will work with Sacred Drum, Energy Meditation techniques to bring you more fully into your Heart Centre, facilitating self healing and clearing through the Force of Divine Love and your own creative pulse.
As we clear ourselves and align with the Force of Divine Love, we start to shift our frequency. This informs the quality of our being, our intention and the choices we make. This in turn informs our outward interactions, which shape and transform what we manifest in the world.
Details
Each week includes sharing of information, practical work and time for sharing and feedback. Supporting each other and having space to share, listen and be heard is both important and helpful. All sessions are held in Sacred Space. You will receive access to videos of the energy meditations, invitation to join an ongoing support group and I will be available for additional help if you need it.
