The Heart of Sacred Drumming

Sacred drumming is an invitation to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the divine energy that pulses through all creation. Sacred drumming is a powerful spiritual practice that bridges the physical and spiritual realms, creating harmony within ourselves and connecting us deeply into our own being and with the world around us.

When we work with Drum in sacred practice, it becomes far more than an instrument; it’s a spiritual partner and can be incredibly powerful with focused and honourable intent. To journey with Drum is to open to the very heart of our being. In a way that is so simple and uncomplicated yet contains secrets of the universe. Below are some ways in which Sacred Drumming can help us:

  • Personal Growth: We can journey with Drum to explore the Medicine Wheel and to meet our helping and compassionate ancestors, spirits and guides for insight, self awareness & direction.

  • Healing: Working with Drum for healing helps to balance and bring internal systems into harmony. This reduces stress and tension held within the body which then enables us to move deeper into clearing work with Drum and access to our own innate healing potential. Working with Drum for healing can have profound effects on us on any level - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

  • The Way Home: The Drum can open pathways through the heart portal showing us the route home. This is a Medicine path for those who wish to embark on this journey into the very nature and energetics of divine love and sovereignty.

  • Community: By coming together and drumming, we bring our drums and our hearts together in community. We connect with each other and connections deepen and grow.

I can support you with a number of pathways with Drum.

Individual & group healing sessions: I work with individual healing sessions with Sacred Drum healing, hold Drum groups and

Shamanic sound healing for groups: I run groups sessions, a little like Soundbaths, these are Shamanic Sound healing sessions for small groups of people.

Heart Connections 6 week program: This program works with Drum to connects to divine essence through the heart portal and is a self healing program for self-sovereignty and empowerment. New dates will be posted in the Events page or please contact me directly for individual sessions or to register interest to join a group program.

Drum Healing Practitioner Training: Become a Drum Healing Practioner with the College of Sound Healing. Dates TBC mid-end of 2025. Please register interest.
