A little bit about me

Hello and a warm welcome,

My name is Helena Eagles, based in Worcestershire, I have been working professionally as an energy healer since 2012 and am a trained Shamanic Practitioner, Sacred Drum Practitioner and Sound Therapist.

I work with individuals, groups and organisations to bring about balance and re-connection to our core being. I deliver Heart Connections, a powerful and practical 6 week connection to the self and events on personal development and growth. Central to all I do is the Power of the Heart and the force of Divine Love which define the quality of choices we make and is pivotal to any effort towards well-being and change. Heart Connections will really help guide you through the process of realisation.

As a Sacred Drummer, I work with and birth Shamanic Drums as well as guiding others to birth and work with drums through my workshops and ceremonies. The Drum is very special to me. It was the Heart beat rhythm of the drum that unlocked my own heart and opened the doorways of truth of and purpose.  The insights gained through intensive work with Drum led to the creation of the Heart Connection training, which is see as fundamental to our understanding of both self and the the energetic realms we inhabit.

My therapy specialism is Emotional Trauma and Resilience. I work with clients to identify and resolve root causes and balance the energetic system. Of course, many things intertwine with our energetic wellbeing and I work on these together with the client as they come up. Life can feel like an epic odyssey sometimes, full of battles and initiations and if we choose we can move through this into spaces of inspiration, clarity, love and connection. The odyssey can give way to a peace and purpose in life. First we need to clear the obstacles to self responsibility and self love.

I offer various workshops on elements of Shamanic Practice such as Past Life Soul Retrieval, Drum Journeys and Elements work. I run monthly Soundbaths and Drum circles, drum birthing workshops and space cleansing. I can support your environment with space cleansing and blessing for homes, workspaces and gardens.
