Transforming ourselves from the inside out

We work with Sacred Drum, Energy Meditation techniques and the fundamentals of Sacred Geometry to bring you more fully into your Heart Centre, facilitating self healing and clearing through the Force of Divine Love and your own creative pulse.

Over 6 weeks you will receive information on the nature of being and be guided through a series of tools and techniques to clear, align and balance your energy and connect to your heart centre and core being. As we clear ourselves and align with the Force of Divine Love, we start to shift our frequency. This informs the quality of our being, our intention and the choices we make. This in turn informs our outward interactions, which shape and transform what we manifest in the world.

Details

All sessions are held in Sacred space in a welcoming and supportive environment. The information and practical techniques are accumulative as we work through clearing and aligning ourselves. Each week includes sharing of information, practical work, and time for sharing and questions. Supporting each other and having space to share, listen, and be heard is both important and helpful.  You will receive videos of all energy meditations, an invitation to join a support group and I will be available for additional help if you need it.

Program Overview

Week 1

Circle, cycles & centre. Cosmology of self and reclaiming true centre. Vesica Pisces.

Practical: Locating & connecting to Centre. Group sharing.

Week 2

The Force of Divine Love, Heart Field, coherence, and creative pulse. The Torus & Infinity symbol.

Practical: Connecting & increasing Divine Love force from the Heart Centre. Group sharing.

Week 3

Heaven & Earth. Balancing Masculine & Feminine forces. Yin/Yang.

Practical: Spinal pathway cleanse and Haric Alignment. Group sharing.

Week 4

The energetics of Karma and return ripple.

Practical: Clearing energetic distortions from our Centre. Group sharing.

Week 5

The Toroidal field, flow, and recalibration. External intrusion and removal of obstacles.

Practical: Clearing with the Toroidal Field. Group sharing.

Week 6

Back to the point of balance: Unification of Trilogy of being - Mind, Heart and Creator

Practical: Balance and unify energies with Crystal Helpers. Group sharing.

Please note that the venue is not wheelchair accessible. There are a flight of stairs at the entrance and inside, four steps leading to the space we will be working in. There is the option to attend this program online or alternatively please contact me so we can navigate through this together.
