How can Himalayan Bowls help me?
Tibetan singing bowls offer a unique way to address energy blockages and promote healing. The Bowls are deeply relaxing and can have a powerful affect on your health and wellbeing. Sound influences your mental and emotional state unblocking and moving stagnant energy and non useful patterns. This facilitates a natural movement and flow of your energy. In addition, the tones produced by singing bowls induce a meditative state, reducing stress and promoting relaxation. This relaxed state is conducive to physical healing as it allows the body to release stored negative energy and emotions.
What to Expect
The session will start with a scan of your energy centres to see how your energy is moving and see if there are any energy blockages presenting in your energy field. This is done through conversation, both hands sensing and dowsing. This will gives a focused view of what’s happening energetically and informs what work will be done during the session. During this part the energy is very much moving and energy work has begun.
The bowls are then selected and the Sound therapy will begin. Bowls may be placed around or on your body (with permission) according to what is needed. There will be integration time at the end of the session. During this period of silence I will re-assess your energy field following the treatment.
You will be in the best of care at all times.
How many sessions do I need?
I recommend you plan for 3-5 sessions. Sometimes, healing can be spontaneous and whilst it is fantastic when that happens, often the best results need more than one session, as we work with layers of energy, integrating and maintaining the changes that are occurring.

Individual Session
One off session. If you choose to continue and book your 2nd and 3rd sessions with three weeks of each other, the third will be adjusted to the Bundle cost. The three week conditions are set to enable positive progression of therapy.

3 Bundle Sessions
Recommended to ensure positive progression of therapy. Ideally initial 3 sessions would be 1 week apart and no more than three weeks apart.
