Shamanic Sound Healing, The Elements and Forces in Healing
We are all made from vibratory energy, matter, heat and space in-between. Our bodies are made from 75% water, in fact our brains and hearts are more than that at around 85%.
There is an increasing and fascinating body of research on water and the impact of sound and vibration up on it. We know that water has memory, it holds patterns of thoughts and emotional energy which forms intricate harmonious (or disharmonious patterns). This information is shared with the whole system. This means ultimately we become our thoughts and feelings on a cellular level and this in turn informs our physical being.
Water, Fire, Earth, Air and Space are five elements that comprise our bodies. Vibration is a heating fire energy, it excites atoms to release density and promote change, enabling life giving air to move in and create space for matter to re-form itself according to the quality of love we are moving through us. Water communicates the blueprint of the patterns we hold with our thoughts (minds) and emotions (heart) both within and without.
In its energetic state, Water communicates beyond the physical body, sharing information with other living beings. Divine Love is a force aligned with water. It contains all of the qualities of Love and the attitudes related to them. Its a vital and dynamic force and the blueprint of what our true form is. When we cultivate it within, it moves through the water, enabling harmonious patterns to form which reach us on a cellular level.
The Feminine force is magnetic in nature, its energy brings all the elements together according to the overall quality of energy (Love) we embody, supporting the direction and state of our thoughts and perceptions which are a very directive masculine force. Our fears can cause us to run from our internal union and wellbeing and turn us away from love and self worth. Yet, the Love force brings us into a divine balance between the feminine and masculine, dissolving fears and supporting us towards authentic oneness. This is coherence and also sits within the cosmology of the Medicine Wheel.
The instruments and intention used in Sound healing, works with the all the elements and forces in order to bring balance, integrity and wellbeing at all levels.
